You’re organizing a major event in the Hilversum region and are looking for an attractive location? The Gooiland Theatre offers the very best room for your conference or presentation. For example, our hotel has organized the Broadcast Conference and the presentation of the Rembrandt awards. However, our multi-functional rooms do accommodate smaller events, too.

Anything will be possible for your business event
Our rooms can easily be combined. E.g. you can present your latest product, organize a trade fair here, or reserve a seminar with extra rooms. . . In addition to the theatre you’ll find two modernly equipped meeting rooms and two cafés: Grand Café Gooiland and the Bruin Café. The foyer too is a fine place for welcoming your business partners and colleagues. From 8 to 1,500 persons, everything is possible!

Grand Café Gooiland
The Gooiland Grand Café restaurant has recently completely been renewed, and offers the opportunity to enjoy a dinner and/or a drink in an ambiance full of atmosphere.

· Take the A1 to Amersfoort
· Take the Laren/ Hilversum Noord exit
· By the end of the exit, turn left to Hilversum
· Turn left at the roundabout (3/4) to Hilversum
· You are now on Kamerlingh Onnesweg
· Turn right at the 1st traffic light (Minckelerstraat)
. Proceed until you’ve passed the Beatrix tunnel
· Turn left at the traffic lights (Schapenkamp)
· Turn left at the roundabout (3/4) (Emmastraat)
· Turn right at the Antilope bike shop
· Take the 3rd road at the right (Kapelstraat)
· Turn right at the end of Kapelstraat
· You are now at the Gooiland parking, but you may also go to the Gooiland car park

FROM AMSTERDAM – A2
· Take the Hilversum exit (=N201)
· Follow the road signs to Hilversum
· After about 10 km, keep left at the roundabout
· Follow the road signs to ‘Centrum’
· Turn right at the 2nd traffic light (Vaartweg)
· Keep following ‘Centrum’
· Continue at the roundabout, past the Esso petrol station
· Turn right at the 2nd traffic light (Brinkweg)
· After about 200 metres, turn right
· You are now at the Gooiland parking, but you may also go to the Gooiland car park

COMING FROM BREDA / UTRECHT - A27
· Take the Hilversum exit
· Turn left at the 3rd traffic light
· You are now on Soestdijkerstraatweg
· You then cross the railway and keep following this road
· Turn left at the Antilope bike shop
· Take the 3rd road at the right (Kapelstraat)
· Turn right at the end of Kapelstraat
· You are now at the Gooiland parking, but you may also go to the Gooiland car park

Hilversum, Jan Duiker & Dudok
Grand Hotel & Theatre Gooiland is the brainchild of architect Jan Duiker in the thirties. Besides, Hilversum has numerous other interesting buildings by Jan Duiker and each of them is worth visiting.

Laren Artists village
The fashionable Laren is a picturesque village with international shops. Here it is to see and be seen. In summer Laren is attainable by bike over the Hilversum heath.

Situation of ‘t Gooi
‘t Gooi is an area with a character and atmosphere of its own. Woods, heath, the Gooimeer, the winding romantic river de Vecht, monumental country estates and other places of interest make this part of our country an ideal cylcling and walking area. Furthermore, hilversum is a town with a lot of green. Not only the surrounding woods, heath, grasslands en lakes, but also the parks, the public green and the private gardens; all together is the cause that Hilversum has the standing of a garden town. Hilversum is situated only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam and Utrecht.
