Driving from the center of Gdynia you should turn left to Przebendowskich street
and then right to Perkuna street and then drive on to Balladyny street.

from the airport:

Drive to the direction of Gdynia, when you see TESCO turn to Karwiny,
and then turn left on traffic lights to Wielkopolska street,
then drive to Sopoca street, then to Malczewskiego street.
Then turn left to Niepodległości street and drive to Shell gas station,
then turn right to Sępia street and drive to Zamkowa Góra (hotel Villa Aqua)
