The Angara Hotel has been called after the great Siberian river and is situated right in the heart of Business and Financial life of Irkutsk - on the Kirov Square, near by the Mayor’s House, the Administration of Irkutsk’s Oblast (Region) and main trade city institutions. There are the most popular recreation places for inhabitants and guests of the Eastern Siberian capital not far from the Angara. The main service that the hotel offers to its clients is room accomodations of different categories – single, double, studio and Junior and delux suites. Comfortable standard single and double rooms have a colour TV set, a telephone, a fridge (mini-bar), and a bathroom with a shower stall, a hair drier and a towel drier. Junior suites offer an additional bathtub while deluxe suites offer a Jacuzzi as well.

Rooms on the 5th, 6th , and 7th floors are designed in a European style. Rooms on the 7th floor have individual air conditioning systems. Rooms on the 5th and 6th floors are equipped with central conditioning systems and offer individual safes. All the rooms in the hotel have an electronic system of access control. Each resident of the hotel when registering will get an individual disposable magnetic card which is used for access in the room according to the rules and regulations of the hotel. “Angara” (Irkutsk, Baikal) hotel is representative of this new standard of access control, which only can be found in a few hotels in the city.

This automatic electronic service system optimizes the efficiency of all hotel services for the fullest benefit of its clients.
