Architectural properties of the building predetermine specific design and layout of each individual room. Three-room suites include a bedroom, a study, a sitting-room and two bathrooms. Two-room suites include a sitting-room and a bedroom. First class rooms have additional recreation area with a sofa, arm-chairs and a table. All first class rooms have air-conditioners.

Average area of a bathroom is 5 sq.m; average area of an antechamber is 3.5 sq.m.
The hotel rooms are fit out with modern furniture, all rooms have mini-bars with a standard set of drinks (for additional fee according to the price list), and safes.
