Positive opinion: There are no positive aspects of staying at this hotel for ONE night only and not 3 as stated above. Negative opinion: No main entrance, many stairs to get to the hotel, dirty, musty, humid, unconfortable, extremely small rooms, no drinking water, broken TV, windows that do not open. Above all, no assistance. The young man waiting for us did not work for the hotel and was just doing a favour to a friend who could not go to work on that day. No information , no nothing. Could not stay there for more than one night. |

Positive opinion: The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very spacious and well mantained. Negative opinion: Administration didnt want to respect the reservation agreement made with HotelAdvisor and wanted to charge 50 Euros extra. We had to spend a big deal of our time dealing with this situation instead of going out immediately to explore and enjoy our holiday. This was a disappoinment, but after talking to the guy on the desk (who didnt speak any english)for a while and having to go through this bad experience things worked out. |

Positive opinion: The Hotel was closed do to water supply problems so we stayed in Hotel Bridge that belongs to the same operator, so I cant really comment besides the fact that the Hotel was closed when we arrived (what is a NEGATIVE thing!) |
