BEEM Beeka 2009-09-02 Groupes	: Dear mr, mrs. Booking for the Creatif EL. Hotel, the Travel Online Team let us know that there was a problem with our credit card. I phoned with the Travel O. Team for solving this problem. They assured me that everything now was ok: they would reserve the hotel room. The day we arrived at the hotel, the reception had no reservation (and no room) for us:Travel Online didnt pass the message (they said).They send us to the Ludwig hotel in the neighbourhood. Here we stayed during our 5 days in MĂźnich. So, all we can say is that the Reception-lady was very helpfully. P.S: We hope you didnt charge our credit card the 83 €-amount. When I arrived I was driven to City Apart Hotel on Landwehrstrasse where I had an apartment to myself with own key and entrance code. : Breakfast was at Goethe Hotel but was too far to walk in the mornings (600M) to take it. Agreeing to wash some of my clothes was good. : I understand that prices go up during a World Cup, but it seemed to me that the price increase for this hotel was excessive. scott compston Australia 2009-09-12 Familles avec adolescents	: After a 26 hour journey from Australia we needed a comfortable and clean place to recover. We were not dissapointed. The location , walking distance, to the main train station was a major benefit for sightseeing and the eventual train trip to other parts of Europe.
