Dusit Resort, Pattaya has seen the successful launch of our new room types “Dusit Club Rooms & Grand Rooms” after the completion of our refurbishment projects in year 2005. This has acquired positive comments and good results from our discerning guests. Then; it is our goodwill and commitment to further our refurbishment projects on the remaining Superior Rooms in year 2006 for the benefits of our guests to enjoy the better facilities & services as follows: 1) Hotel Accommodation : Wing A (Floors 1,3,4,5) Period : June 15 – August 15, 2006 Type of Works : Refurbishment of Superior Rooms (e. change of furniture, carpet, curtain, lighting and colour scheme) Machine & Equipment : Electric Drill and Hand Tools only Finishing Impression : New looks from the design concept for better comfort of the guests 2) Hotel Accommodation : Wing B (Floors 3,4,5) Period : August 16 – October 15, 2006 Type of Works : Refurbishment of Superior Rooms (e. change of furniture, carpet, curtain, lighting and colour scheme) Machine & Equipment : Electric Drill and Hand Tools only Finishing Impression : New looks from the design concept for better comfort of the guests 3) Rest Rooms in Hotel Lobby Period : June 15- July 31, 2006 Location : At the back of Hotel Atrium Waterfall & Gardens Type of Works : Renovation works (e. change of wash-basin, toilet bowl, floor tile, wall tile and colour scheme) Machine & Equipment : Electric Drill, Hand Tools only. However, Jack Hammer will be used for the first 10 days of this project for the change of floor tiles. Finishing Impression : Clean looks with new facilities from the design concept. The working hours are restricted to between 10:00 – 18:00 hours only. Since all the works on hotel room refurbishment at Wing A & B will only require electric drill & hand tools and will be undertaken one wing at a time, there will be limited disturbance to our guests. With our careful plan and good experience, all the areas of works will be completely sealed off from guest traffic during respective renovation periods. Then; any possible disturbance either by noise or dust development can be kept under control. We do believe that the completion of the hotel improvements will give even better benefits and more satisfaction to our mutual guests.
