: Easy walking to train for Munich City Center Courteous and helpful staff Clean and spacious room Computer available with Internet in Lobby at no Charge! Very helpful..... most hotels seem to think one should travel with a laptop. : Only downside - most hotels in Germany include breakfast buffet with room charge - this hotel charged extra so did not use...... expensive per person. |

: Reception staff were good. : Staff seemed to be cleaning out rooms all day - found bottles,plates and cutlery left on tables in lounge area on the 2nd floor left well into the afternoon. |

: A room was available. : We reserved a family room and did not get it. Many of the hotel linens and the room in general was quite worn. When I checked out they tried to charge me extra for breakfasts that we did not get. In addition when asking for directions, the staff was not able to provide any information at all. I had to ask them to print information from Google maps (which I has to come around the desk and type in). I originally had made other arrangements, but due to the family style room advertised I thought this hotel would be better. I was very disappointed. |

: There is very quiet, no noise, and the room size is very confortable, enough space for two person. It is very satisfied that the breakfast was good. Hotel staffs were very kind. : The price of the hotel was more expensive than my expectation. It is because of the strong EURO. |

: It was cheap and surprisingly nice. The staff was very helpful, and it was very close to a DB stop, and in a nice quiet area. : You really needed to be close to a DB stop, because it was something of a journey to get to town. DB of course is cheap, but it took a while. |
