: Great, central location. Great breakfast. Lady taking care of the restaurant during breakfast was fantastic. Nice room. : One young front desk man not helpful or friendly. Very very noisy. |

: Fantastic room on the fifth floor with a balcony overlooking House Guell and the sea. Breakfast good, beautiful receptions desk and entrance area. : The bathroom for room 518 needs a good remake. My night gown "disappeared" on my second last day at the hotel, was probably taken away with the sheets, that was a pity since it was a new one. |

: I found the hotel very nice and can recomment it without hesitation. The room was quiet and big, the location is perfect, the stuff is friendly. : The major problem was, that in the morning the water was shut off around 9 am and did not come back at all. This means that I could not take a shower, not brush my teeth, not use the toilet etc. There was no help from the stuff, no appology, no reimbursement. Maybe it was not the fault of the hotel, but we are your guests and you have to help in a situation like that. |

: The hotel was well situated close to La Rambla : To my surprise breakfast was not included in the price - I thought it was but the hotel stated that no on-line reservations included breakfast!!! |
