The Hyatt Regency Acapulco provides a variety of dining venues among the best restaurants in Acapulco. El Pescador, otherwise known as a 'gift from the sea', offers an unrivalled view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Guests dining at El Pescador will be able to observe the chefs preparing such delicacies as red snapper in coriander sauce or a speciality pizza from our wood-burning pizza oven.
