Rheinsaal
The multi-functional Rheinsaal ballroom is located on the Mezzanine Floor and consists of three sections, Rheinsaal 1, Rheinsaal 2 and Rheinsaal 3.

In total it offers 495 square metres of space for events with up to 550 guests in theatre style. Because of its partition walls, this ballroom can be divided into three separate soundproof rooms: two smaller rooms, Rheinsaal 1 and 3, and a larger one in the middle, Rheinsaal 2. Standard and high voltage current, as well as analogue and ISDN telephone sockets, form part of the basic equipment of these rooms.
Rheinhessen, Franken & Baden
Rheinhessen, Franken and Baden are three out of five identical conference rooms, which are all located on the Mezzanine Floor. Each covers 61.5 square metres. The height is 3.0m at the highest point, except that it is 2.7m in Rheinhessen. Large windows in all rooms guarantee plenty of daylight. These conference rooms are the ideal size to accommodate 60 people in theatre style, 27 people in classroom style or 20 people in U-shape. Ergonomic conference chairs provide the utmost in comfort, even for long-lasting functions.

Analogue and ISDN telephone lines are part of the basic equipment in these rooms, as is an integrated screen, 2.7m high x 3.0m wide. In addition, each room has its own wardrobe and a built-in mirror-niche with storage capacity underneath. This niche is ideal for in-room service.

Rheingau & Mosel
Rheingau and Mosel are also among the five conference rooms on the Mezzanine Floor. Like the other rooms, they extend to 61.5 square metres each. By removing the partition wall between them, Rheingau and Mosel can be made into one large room that offers 122 square metres of function space. Ergonomic conference chairs provide the utmost in comfort even for long-lasting functions. As individual rooms, each has the ideal size to accommodate 60 people in theatre style, 27 people in classroom style, or 20 people in U-Shape. Rheingau and Mosel combined offer the ideal setting for business dinners for up to 70 people, or meetings and press conferences for up to 60 people in classroom style or 40 people in U-shape set-up.

Bibliothek
The exclusive Bibliothek is definitely one of the most beautiful and in-demand banquet rooms you can find in Cologne. With its large window, it offers spectacular views of the old town, the river Rhine, and the famous Cathedral.

The Bibliothek provides an astonishing beautiful setting for business and private banquets alike. A wood floor, the dark wooden panelling, an open fireplace and the integrated bar create an atmosphere of luxury and warmth.

The Studio and Senator suite are the most exclusive boardrooms at Hyatt Regency Cologne. At 35 square metres in size, they are ideal for executive meetings for a maximum of 10 people.
