Accommodation Rules
Clients are accommodated at the hotel upon presentation of the passport, military servicemen may present their identity card or military ID. When two or more clients are accommodated in one room, each client must present his/her own passport. Clients must fill in and sign a questionnaire of a due form.

Accomodation of Foreign Citizens
Foreign citizens may be accommodated only if they have a valid Ukrainian visa or a document confirming their accreditation as an officer of a foreign diplomatic or consular office, or a member of his/her family.

Checking-out
Check out time is 12 pm of the current day local time. Registration time is 2 pm local time. The room must be paid for in full independent of whether a client resides for a shorter period than a full 24-hor day. An early check-in does not guarantee accommodation unless it has been specially agreed otherwise.

DEPARTURE
A late departure after 12 pm is an additional service that is provided at the discretion of the Reception and Accommodation Service Head and is additionally paid for.
