Good facilities : Stayed more than one day as was booked in same hotel by cosmos.Gave discount voucher for food to serving assistant who forgot to enter it in food bill.was subsequently given Euro 18 credit by front office.The credit never reached my credit card company.Small amount but bad ethics. Tthe stuff as very friendly and helpful. : I was disappointed by the fee for the shuttle. It was only about a 5 minute ride and cost (as I recall) about 7 euros (about $10US). This was a recent charge--since it was mentioned as "free" on my Internet charge. Obviously, as a captive audience, so to speak, I thought this was a "ripoff".
