Yolanda Infante 2010-07-09 Young couples	Positive opinion: It was clean and spacious. Negative opinion: The people that worked there were exremely rude! One night we got back to the hotel and a man who worked there told us we had to pay, right that minute. We naturally wanted to pay but it had said on the internet that we would be able to pay by creditcard. But we were told that that was impossible. Since we ofcourse didnt have that much money on us we told him we could only pay the next day. Then he started to yell at us! Also, the chief part of the personnel didnt speak a word of english, those who did, spoke it very poorly. So communicating is very hard, if not impossible. THEN WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION YOU RESERVED A ROOM FOR EURO 64. 2. HE GAVE YOU HIS CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND YOU CHARGED ONLY $25 AND NOT EURO 64. 3. WHEN I CME TO HOTEL THEY TOLD ME I OWED THEM 2000 RUBLES BECAUSE YOU HAD CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. 4. THE REASON FOR MY HUSBAND MAKING THE BOOKING AND GIVING YOU HIS CREDIT NUMBER WAS SO THAT I DOD NOT HAVE TO SPEND MONEY HERE. 5. YOUR SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY SCREWD UP.
