Parador de Benavente

The Parador de Benevente hotel is housed in a magnificent building combining Gothic and Renaissance styles, surrounded by beautiful gardens.The Benevente Valley was a stretegic point that witnessed many wars and conflicts.
In XV century the magnificent castle that occupied the grounds was burned and destroyed.
Only one tower remained and it is a part of Parador building now. The tower's current ceiling is a beautiful mudejar panel.The hotel offers 30 very comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with terraces, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, satellite TV, and telephone.

The most common access route is the A-6 motorway from Madrid-A CoruĂąa, or else from Ourense, Vigo and Pontevedra along the N-630 main road.
