Convenient location near the metro on the Petrograd side - also a great walk to the historic heart of Petersburg. The staff was very nice and attentive. Very intimate "hotel" with very standard rooms.

It was initially very difficult to find as there were no signs at the street address to direct us to the actual location of the hotel (almost a block around the corner from the listed address). Seems, perhaps like most hotels I have seen in Petersburg (as compared to Western Europe), over-priced for the amenities. There is also quite a disconnect between the booking agency and the hotel itself (they would not honor my online receipt which showed payment of deposit because it was in Russian terms, "not an actual receipt").
