: Thanks for giving me this oppotunity to respond to this survey. If you go back on your records you will find that we did not book in at the Sheraton. I am very uphappy with the service and treatment I have received I book the Sheraton Hotel and then cancelled on the 1/11/06 on your website using the reservation reference I was given as we managed to find cheaper accomation in Florence. When I returned from Italy I was horrified to find that I had been debited for the full accomadation which I cancelled, when I complained I was told I need proof that the cancellation was made, I do not have proof of cancellation as I went onto the website to cancel and cancelled this booking not thinking that I was dealing with a company that does not adhere to the procedures that you put in place to protect your customers booking on the internet. This trip has cost me the Sheraton rate and my other accomodation which I had paid for. I have a few friends who do stay at the Sheraton when they go to Florence and I will be sure to tell them how your company has conducted it self |
